Bluestem tops my list because it's amazing, and has been a Manhattan staple for years and years! Kevin and Nancy and the crew do an amazing job at all things coffee, pastries, food and drinks. The highlander grog is the best flavored drip coffee in the world, not to mention their pastries are to die for! It's an amazing place for a meeting, for a family morning of "take the kids and treat them to breakfast" or a place to just "get away" from the world of work for a few minutes.
